Report of Loss or Stolen Unit:
For customer assistance inquires pertaining to stolen ** Product , Create a service ticket (Place "stolen Unit" in the on line description and in the result field select "no solution" ) and process as follows:
Instruct the customer to report their loss to their local law enforcement agency.
Instruct the customer that their local or state Law Enforcement authorities must serve ** with a subpoena Should they need any information conerning to the stolen unit .
NOTE: Front Line agent and Mentors are Never to give out customer information to such inquiries.
